Overall Role Function

The role will be responsible for end-to-end live route tracking and execution management of all routes within a specific Business Unit for which the role will be responsible. This position will be operating on shift as part of a team who will execute 24 hours and 7 days a week. Part of this role's responsibilities will be tracking of routes, alert management, exception management and escalation, Expediting, trending & analysis, communication with drivers and depot's and should play an integral part in improving the productivity of operational teams.

Responsibilities

Daily, Live Execution Management of all routes for assigned Business Unit (BU) Route Execution & Tracking:

Live visibility and tracking of all routes within the BU on Cella Track Tracking and investigation of all “Late” routes Tracking Route Compliance, Planned vs Actual KM and Planned vs Actual TAT Alert & Exception Management Acknowledgement & Resolution of Alert pop-ups on Cella fo...
