Description
Classification: Exempt for Base plus Commission routes, Non-Exempt for hourly routes.
Job Summary: The Route Sales Representative meets our customers needs through up‑selling/cross‑selling and provides superior customer service through proactively managing all route responsibilities including driving a daily route to deliver products to customers and return old back to facility. Performs other duties as required. Scheduled shifts are ten (10) hours per day, for four (4) days per week. Reports to the District Manager.
