A minimum of 10+ years hands-on experience in Procurement and contract administration in Government jurisdictions and or large private sector organizations. Extensive (over 5 years) IT Procurement experience in Government jurisdictions and or large private sector organizations. Extensive experience with traditional and innovative project management processes, techniques, tools across agile, waterfall, iterative methods associated tools.
