Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will provide dedicated, hands‑on business analysis support to the Enterprise Data Collection Platform (EDCP) and Stakeholder Management System (SMS), working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and QA to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery across multiple applications and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for EDCP and SMS initiatives, including enhancements, maintenance activities, process improvements, and modernization efforts.
• Manage and prioritize business requirements, user stories, and backlogs across multiple applications with overlapping timelines and dependencies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with program stakeholders to clarify business needs, define scope, identify dependencies, and manage change impacts across agencies and ministries.
