Must Have:

1. Experience leading and conducting business analysis for business projects to assess clients' business problems or opportunities, document the technical business requirements to meet the functional requirements.
2. Experience developing context diagrams, use cases and use case models.
3. Experience developing process maps, stakeholder maps and assessments.
4. Experience creating systems diagrams
5. Experience writing business cases and conducting options analysis
6. Strong communication skills is a must
