Must Have:
- Create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
- Apply iterative design practices based on user testing, feedback, and usability best practices.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and sitemaps optimized for multiple devices.
- Experience with Ontario Design Systems (ODS).
- Design and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing).
