Job Description
Qualifications
-Drives delivery of Time & Attendance -T&A- services as defined in department or team scope and yearly operational department or team plans
- Implements and drives Global HR standard processes, guideline and standards and customize them to tax, legal and statutory requirements in country in alignment with Global HR Governance to ensure standardization in the country
- Corrects time management errors where time managers cannot
- Controls time manager and controls time for plants
- Carries out special absence maintenance and medical certificates
- Acts interface to PY teams
- Acts as interface to plants for all time relevant topics
- Prepares specific reportings
