SaaS L1 Functional Support Specialist (MX.3)

Murex is seeking a SaaS L1 functional support consultant in Santiago, Chile. You will be the primary contact for clients on operational incidents related to our MX.3 platform, ensuring effective management and resolution of service requests.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science, possesses strong analytical and communication skills, and has a client-oriented approach. Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and Unix is beneficial and a keen interest in Capital Markets Technology is required.
