Role Overview
As the Safety & Security Associate, you are the frontline protector and operational anchor of our restaurant. This is a unique, associate-level role that blends physical security, high-level customer service, and technical facility care. Beyond traditional guarding, you ensure the restaurant’s heartbeat remains steady by managing essential utilities and serving as a psychosocial shield for our service team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Technical Utility & Asset Management
- Monitor and record daily readings for gas, water, and electric meters to ensure accurate consumption tracking.
- Manage the manual start-up/shut-down of signages, electric panel boards, generators, and water pumps during service interruptions to keep the kitchen and dining room running.
