Key Accountabilities
- Under supervision and jointly with another safety officer, carry out construction safety inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health and environmental regulations.
- Identify hazards and assist in risk assessments, ensuring appropriate control measures are implemented.
- Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with ADPHC, ADOSH, DM and other local regulatory requirements.
- Participate as a member of the investigation team in joint accident/incident investigations, including root cause analysis.
- Conduct follow‑up site safety inspections to ensure previous reports and corrective actions are closed out.
- Support the implementation of the company’s HSE management system and safety procedures on site.
