Role and Responsibilities
- Site monitoring and reporting observations to the PM/PIC
- Implementation of EHS Manual and Programs
- Review and be familiar with all applicable legislations and standards to ensure compliance
- Lead ERT (Emergency Response Team) and Safety Committee (toolbox meetings)
- Regular posting and updating of Safety and Bulletin Boards (all posting from Safety to HRAD)
- Timekeeping - Proper timekeeping and monitoring of employees’ attendance and work rendered, timely submission of DTR (Daily Time Records) biometrics to payroll team
- Site Security - Ensure guards perform duties to protect the project and report incidents and accidents on site (following Safety and Admin procedures)
