Key Responsibilities
Safety Compliance & Monitoring
- Monitor and evaluate compliance with OSH standards in coordination with the Safety Supervisor.
- Lead the inspection and tagging of all equipment, lifting gears, and fire extinguishers prior to deployment.
- Ensure the operations group maintains good housekeeping and safe working conditions.
- Execute company safety policies, rules, and programs proactively.
Safety Orientations & Meetings
- Facilitate toolbox meetings in different project areas.
- Promote safety awareness and reinforce compliance with safety rules and procedures.
Incident & Accident Management
- Respond promptly to any accident or incident.
