Safety supervisor (health policy #)

Responsibilities
Accountable for fostering a safety culture through training, supervision, coaching, and encouraging high levels of employee participation and accountability.
Responsible for the compliance of all Mexican safety regulations for the site in coordination with the MASS team and all the Casa Herradura team, aiming to reduce safety incidents by controlling the risk fee of IMSS.
Responsible for the implementation, completion, supervision, and maintenance of the Safety Corporate programs and metrics in coordination with the MASS team and all the Casa Herradura team, including annual audits.
Responsible for maintaining current safety policies and implementing new policies/procedures as needed in coordination with the MASS team and all the Casa Herradura team.
In coordination with the Medical Department, handle local worker issues and disability costs through claims management practices and return-to-work programs.
