 Job Description: 
JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Build the plans and strategies of Sales Synthesize, analyze, evaluate data, collect information from the market to propose suitable business strategies for each period.
Search, maintain and expand relationships with customers
Directly searching, expanding and increasing new sources of customers
Suppervise and maintain the customer base; constantly enhance and improve customers' satisfaction.
Combine with CS Dept. to feedback & sovle customers' problems
2. Internal Management
Support, participate in the recruitment process of Sales staff
Develop training programs, direct training to ensure the quality of Sales staff, evaluate employee performance periodically
Supervise the activities of Sales staff, speed up the progress, quality and capacity of Sales staff's work.
Propose to reward/reprimand/discipline Sales staff base on case-by-case
