Overview

Based in Madrid (Hybrid HQ Role) At The Roadmap, we’ve helped a long list of Irish businesses grow fast, and now we’re expanding into the UK and Spain, with more countries on the horizon.

We’re building a small, high-performance sales team from our base in Madrid. The leadership and management team is based here, and as we grow, Madrid will remain the central hub. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in the office and three days remote. There’s flexibility once you’re fully up and running.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working with qualified leads and researched prospects. There’s a growing stream of inbound interest from ads and referrals, and we focus on specific service-based niches, so it’s easier to show real results to business owners who run similar companies.
