Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and answering their queries
• Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Look for new clients
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Conduct meetings and/or product presentation with clients
• Introduce and demonstrate to the clients the company's products and services
• Negotiate sales deals with clients
• Taking and processing of client's orders
• Following up on any product/service issues on behalf of the client
• Maintain accurate records in relation to clients, projects, and sales
• Reporting monthly, quarterly, and annually, as necessary
• Achieve set sales quota or target per month
