Our client is a distributor and exporter of chemicals or chemicals and raw materials related to chemicals.
Job Description
Handling PO, quotation, purchase order, and other documents.
Making the document and then submitting it to the Accounting department.
Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Supporting the sales team.
Handling delivery control.
Performing other assigned jobs by the Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Male or Female.
Age 22 – 30 years.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
At least 0-2 relevant working experience in the Sales Administration/Sales Coordination/Sales Support function.
Good command of written/reading/speaking English. (A must)
Has skill in the Japanese language is preferred (with a certificate is an Advantage).
