Sales Administrative Officer

Our client is a company within the healthcare diagnostics / medical devices sector, supporting commercial and channel partner operations across Singapore and regional markets. The team works closely with internal stakeholders and external distributors to ensure smooth order fulfilment, accurate documentation, and reliable customer support within a regulated business environment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Officer to support end-to-end order processing, sales administration, customer coordination, and internal operational support.

This role will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and external distributors to ensure accurate system data, timely order execution, and smooth coordination across stakeholders.
