Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Sales team
- Act as the first point of contact for customers by handling calls, emails, and enquiries, especially when Sales Representatives are unavailable
- Process customer orders accurately by verifying pricing, discounts, product details, and stock availability
- Prepare and issue quotations in a timely manner
- Attend to walk‑in customers and ensure a positive customer experience
- Support after‑sales activities, including following up on service matters, quotations, disputes, and loan units with key customers
- Update and track sales revenue based on data provided by the Accounts team
- Leverage AI tools (where applicable) to improve efficiency and productivity
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
