Overview

The Sales Administrator role at MiQ is a balance of strategic thinking, operational discipline and efficiency, administrative excellence and effective communication. You’ll support the commercial team through planning, managing and coordinating key client and sales engagements; ownership of Salesforce opportunity input and pipeline hygiene; day‑to‑day commercial expense administration and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce & Pipeline Hygiene – Create, update, and maintain Salesforce opportunities across the full sales cycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency at every stage. Partner closely with Sales Leads to reflect real‑time budget changes, deal updates, and pipeline shifts in Salesforce. Flag discrepancies and proactively keep the pipeline clean so leadership always has an accurate view of the business.
