Sales Ambassador

Chaumet is actively looking for a Senior Sales Ambassador or Sales Ambassador based in Singapore. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Senior/Sales Ambassador will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
• Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating a high level of product & brand knowledge and customer service.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long term relationships between the brand and customers. This includes working closely with customers on after service issues.
