Business Development Manager (Remote)

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive outbound customer acquisition for our luxury packaging portfolio. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers at premium global brands, and building a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to uncover customer needs, share market insights, and help grow our presence across the luxury Beauty, Fashion, Hospitality, and Jewelry industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities across luxury Beauty, Fashion, Hospitality, and Jewelry sectors.

Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, pain points, and purchasing processes.

Build, manage, and maintain a healthy outbound sales pipeline from initial outreach through qualification.
