Position Summary The Sales and Leasing Analyst plays a critical role in advancing national leasing performance through financial analysis, data interpretation, and strategic insight . Working closely with the Sales and Leasing Strategist, this role evaluates performance trends, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops data‑driven recommendations that support revenue growth, vacancy reduction, and operational consistency across the portfolio. 
This position partners with Regional Leasing Managers (RLMs) and cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies, strengthen decision‑making, and support the development of tools, processes, and training that elevate performance nationally.
