Job Description
Responsible for the overall performance, motivation, and discipline of team members in order to meet corporate sales objectives of the company and to achieve customer satisfaction. Recommends tactical (such as but not limited to correct technical recommendation and pricing) and strategic directions to the Sales Manager that would effectively cater a professional and excellent level of customer service to the new and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Must have a College/Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing/Engineering or any related course
- Must have at least three (3) years working experience in team supervision and management, and one (1) year experience in the same industry
