About the job Sales Application Engineer (SatCom) Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team with technical solutions and pre-sales activities.
- Design and propose customized satellite communication system configurations.
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical documentation.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support during installation and post-sales.
- Conduct product training for partners and customers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on product feedback and development.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- 3+ years experience in technical sales or application engineering.
- Knowledge of VSAT, Inmarsat, Iridium, RF systems, and IP networking.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally when required.
