Sales Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Associate to join us in our London Flagship store, based in Sloane Square, on a Full Time Basis. Ideally, you will have availability across the entire week, including weekdays & weekends.

The Sales Associate position contributes to the stores success by ensuring we provide great customer service and achieve store standards. Customer Service is at the heart of what we do, as well as being involved in inventory operations, selling, cashiering, clientelling & VM.

The Role

• Acknowledging and assisting every customer in a friendly and welcoming manner; answering questions, locating merchandise, recommending styles, and assisting try-on sessions in the fitting rooms to ensure the entire customer experience is pleasant, engaging, and efficient.
