  Job Summary 
 Responsible for generating revenue by conducting sales transactions with guests in a variety of indoor and outdoor Merchandise locations throughout Universal Beijing Resort property which may include stores, games, and vending. Individuals are also responsible for upholding Universal Beijing Resort’s guest/customer service standards, interacting positively with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, upselling the featured item as noted for each location and maintaining their respective service area including the replenishment of supplies.
  Major Responsibilities 
 Provides an interactive guest experience by selling select merchandise or game play throughout the resort. Welcoming guests and thanking upon exit.
