Responsibilities

• Assist the team in achieving sales targets within the defined zone; book meetings, event management, and coordination.
• Process marketing materials and obtain compliance approvals.
• Work closely with Investment Advisors in the territory to schedule and confirm regular one‑on‑one meetings and branch presentations.
• Coordinate seminars, road shows and webcasts (both virtual and in‑person).
• Respond promptly and professionally to written and phone inquiries regarding products, procedures and systems.
