We are hiring a Commission Manager to take full ownership of variable compensation across our GTM organization (>100 reps in Sales, Customer Success, and adjacent GTM roles). You will run the monthly commission cycle end‑to‑end, maintain plan logic in our commission tool, partner closely with Sales leadership and RevOps, and act as the trusted single source of truth for everything commissions‑related at SoSafe.
