Job Description
- Support Sales team in preparing quotations (QTT) and related documents
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, agents, and internal departments
- Handle sales documentation, booking, and shipment coordination
- Follow up customer inquiries and shipment status
- Prepare reports and maintain customer records
- Support daily office coordination and administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth communication between Sales and Operations teams
Job Requirement
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination in Freight Forwarding, Logistics,
- Conversation High level of English (both written and spoken with Japanese Sales and external, email, phone call, document).
- Experience in quotation preparation (QTT) and documentation
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and multitask
