Sales Coordinator

Salary Range: CA$45,000.00 To CA$50,000.00 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and other members of the sales leadership team. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments, managing product samples, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. Our Sales Coordinator will ensure smooth operations, from style selection to order fulfillment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting and Product Preparation: assist with style selection for meetings, seasonal trends, shows, and management reports, creating CADs and presentation boards
• Work with the Cannux team to ensure styles are logged in Nuxeo
• Order Management: utilize internal systems to submit and procure product samples, complete and coordinate new orders in the New Order portal
