Sales & Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Promote and upsell products.
• Address customer complaints and maintain attractive visual displays.
• Conduct product demos and provide detailed information.
• Maintain product integrity and follow proper procedures.
• Manage merchandise to prevent inventory discrepancies.
• Log stock transfers and ensure proper packaging.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.

Qualifications

• At least legal age
• Must be at least a High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate
• With sales or customer service experience
• Willing to undergo training
