Novicap is an end-to-end working capital solutions provider focused on enabling CFOs/Finance teams of SMEs to pay their suppliers and collect from their customers. This includes short-term credit (factoring, supply chain finance and loans) and payment automation solutions.
With offices in Barcelona and Madrid, we are currently looking for a SDR who wants to join our team. You will identify and acquire mid-market clients (SMEs with €10M+ in revenue) with working capital needs.

Your mission
As mentioned, you will identify and acquire clients with working capital needs.
In order to achieve your mission, you will:
- Execute outbound outreach via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn.
- Vet potential mid-market clients to ensure they fit the ideal customer profile.
- Identify key decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Directors and Treasury managers) and tailor messaging to their needs.
