The UK Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, has a good understanding of sales prospecting tools, is highly self-motivated, and can assess a company’s needs and tailor outreach to each Account/Prospect.

What You'll Be Doing to Drive Success

  • Generating new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and efficient inbound lead follow-up.
  • Master the Process : Develop a deep understanding of each stage in the lead generation process, from marketing initiatives and touchpoints to the transition of leads to an Account Executive.
  • Independently BANT or CHAMP qualify leads and expertly move them through the pipeline, converting qualified leads into valuable sales meetings.
