Job Description
Robert Boch Angola is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead strategic sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and develop high-performance teams. Duties and tasks will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Strategy & Growth: Define and implement sales strategies, including new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with top management at key accounts (CEO/President level).
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower sales teams (direct/indirect) while fostering a high-performance culture.
