Sales Director Overview

Sales Director is a High–impact, revenue-focused leader responsible for identifying, prospecting and closing new large-scale business opportunities within the Saa S, BPO and Contact Center verticals. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role is a pure Hunter. The Sales Director must navigate complex sales cycles, build a robust pipeline from scratch, and orchestrate internal resources to deliver disruptive value propositions that challenge the status quo.

Education and specific training Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial Engineering or Business; an MBA or Master's in Sales or Tech Management is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, prospect and engage with C-Level decision – makers in target verticals (BFSI, Healtcare, Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Technology).
