Job Purpose
Lead the overall industrial product sales and key account development in Indonesia. Build and manage a localized sales organization, achieve GMV, gross profit, payment collection and other core business targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Target Management
- Develop sales strategy, annual business plan and budget for the Indonesian market, decompose and implement core targets such as sales volume, profit and market share.
- Lead the establishment of the sales system, and build mechanisms for customer segmentation, channel management, project-based sales and risk control & payment collection.
