Sales Director (Modern Trade)

A fast growing FMCG company is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Modern Trade Director to lead national modern trade strategy, key account management, and channel growth across PH.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for driving sustainable sales growth, strengthening strategic retail partnerships, optimizing trade investments, and leading high-performing commercial teams within the modern trade channel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute national Modern Trade sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Manage strategic relationships with key retail partners including national and regional modern trade accounts
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and channel expansion
• Lead annual business planning, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and commercial negotiations
• Oversee trading terms, promotional planning, listing opportunities, and in-store execution excellence
