Job Summary

The Sales Director – Hospital Business is responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales strategy across hospital accounts. This role drives revenue growth, builds strategic partnerships with hospital stakeholders, manages regional/national sales teams, and ensures achievement of sales targets while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5 - 10 years of sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, diagnostics, or hospital services.
