Sales & Education Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own field sales & education execution across a large retail territory
• Visit 100+ retail doors, bringing the brand to life through education, training, and in-store support
• Deliver engaging product training to Beauty Advisors and store leadership
• Drive sell-out through relationship building, side‑by‑side selling, and activations
• Gather market insights, competitor activity, and field feedback
• Support launches, events, and key retail moments
• Travel extensively within the territory (this is a true field role)

Qualifications

• Strong field sales experience within beauty or cosmetics
• Comfortable being on the road most days, visiting multiple doors weekly
• Confident educator with the ability to inspire and influence store teams
• Excellent relationship‑builder with store managers and retail partners
