Job Description
An employer in the Colorado Springs, CO area is looking to add a Test Engineer to their growing team. This person must have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance, as they will be asked to support Classified work in their tenure. This person will ownership over the entire testing process -- requirement analysis, developing test plans, identifying root cause analysis and collaborating with Project and System Engineers to ensure efficient delivery on the testing plan. This team works in a hybrid Agile/Scrum & Waterfall environment, so this person must have a great multi-tasking skillset. This person will also be tasked with assisting the Principal Engineer on trouble tickets, debugging, modifications/upgrades, etc. This role will grow into a customer facing position, where this individual will be asked to spend 50% of their time working directly with internal & external stakeholders.
