Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand market reach

•Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
