General Scope of Work: The incumbent will be responsible to provide support to Sales and Project management backend systems, including but not limited to, eLogistics, CRM, Project management system, O365 systems (Power BI, Sharepoint, etc.). The candidate will be required to review and provide optimize solution to the costing and technical compliance within the submission time frame. Candidate should have the skillset and knowledge to design, modify and review the vertical transportation system. The candidate also will assist to conduct training and presentation to internal and external parties.
