Technical service field assistance 

ZF customer approach is organized through customer teams. This position sits within the team of the Technical Service ZF in the marine field with the objective to provide technical support with activity of commissioning, diagnosis, analysis of the failures, repair in light field and technical training to the customers (not only for service partners, but also for end users and/or in-house support) for marine field or remote applications.
Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic components failures in ZF components after dedicated training

Use the necessary diagnostic tools and devices to perform the requested operation

Planning and monitoring the availability of materials and resources for external repair activities or rehabilitation campaigns
