Key Responsibilities
Grow and service existing accounts
Visit customers at their workplace/office 
Attend to sales inquiries and after-sales support matters 
Identify, understand, and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs and requirements Prepare quotations, product technical specifications, and product manual 
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and other reports required by management
Conduct technical training for customer
Attend site inspections and other site-related matters 
Assist in monitoring payments from customers 
Any related ad-hoc duties assigned by management
