Sales Executive

The F B Salesman / Saleslady is responsible for serving customers, promoting products, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience at the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting food and beverage items.
• Take orders accurately and process them through the POS system.
• Promote upselling and suggest additional items to increase sales.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and replenished regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and service area.
• Handle cash, card payments and issue receipts properly.
• Pack items as per company standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
