Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with a balanced background in both business development (hunting) and account management (farming).

Current or recent experience within the biodiesel, diesel, energy, or related commodities sector is required

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment (spoken and written).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Previous experience in multinational organizations, particularly within Chinese business environments, is an advantage.
