 Generating new leads. 
 Meet the given target positively 
 Handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers.
 Deliver scripted information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their
 benefits. 
 Understanding the requirement of the customers & explaining on product and
 benefits. 
 Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system for
 converting the Enquiries into Sales.
  Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. 
 Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
