Job Description

Work Days: 6 days per week (1 weekday off) (Weekend availability mandatory )

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Call and follow up with leads generated from ads, website, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Introduce Kotson Mattress and explain key benefits of organic latex
  • Qualify customers and understand their sleep concerns and requirements
  • Book showroom appointments for interested prospects
  • Maintain proper follow-up schedules and CRM updates
  • Handle WhatsApp inquiries and respond professionally
