Job Description
Responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence by developing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and workshops.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop new dealers and manage existing accounts
- Promote engine oils and related automotive products
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure timely collections and submit sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
